Hulio is the artistic identity of Giuliano Jarczynski, an artist from Wilhelmshaven now studying at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart.

His work blends hip-hop culture with comic-inspired visual, creating a style that is loud, bold and colorful, standing in contrast to his quiet, grounded personality.

Moving to Stuttgart allowed him to dive deeper into his craft and develop a visual language shaped by rhythm, character, and attitude.
